For Web Summit Qatar 2026, FUTAD designed and delivered three distinct experiential environments for Doha Bank, Vodafone, and Dukhan Bank, combining immersive storytelling, AI-powered engagement, interactive technologies, and digital experiences to maximize visitor interaction and brand impact.
THE CHALLENGE
Web Summit is one of the most competitive exhibition environments in the region. Each client required a unique identity, visitor journey, and engagement strategy while operating within the same event ecosystem and maintaining exceptional production quality.
THE SOLUTION
FUTAD developed three tailored experiences featuring AI holographic tellers, humanoid robots, intelligent interactive tables, immersive LED storytelling, NFC business card activations, smart city simulations, and advanced visitor engagement technologies designed around each brand's strategic objectives.
